CONCEPTION
FORM ASIA Auto Carpets, Inc. was formed & established on the year 2003 by the joint venture agreement between one of the leading Automotive parts supplier in the Country – FEISTI, INC.(formerly FORMTECH, INC.), and the most competent maker of Non-woven material – FIBREFILL MANUFACTURING INC. It started its formal operation on March 1, 2004 at Bicutan, Taguig City. As part of its expansion program, the Management decided to transfer its plant and operation at Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna which has a much bigger area last April 2008 to accommodate additional projects from Customer. With the addition of new plastics product line, the company change its business name from FORM ASIA Auto Carpets, Inc. to FORM ASIA, Incorporated last July 20, 2011.
